Kia ora, Ko Linsey tōku ingoa, my name is Linsey.
I have over 2 decades teaching experience guiding yoga classes, retreats and wānanga/ workshops, and have trained in Hatha, Integral, and Restorative Yoga, both in Aotearoa NZ and overseas.
I have training in mirimiri, māori healing, and ayurveda.
My classes are trauma- informed and healing focused.
My method allows for each individual to feel comfortable within the group, growing at their own pace.
Aroha Nui Yoga is authentic, holistic, and balances the nervous system. I love seeing calm and relaxed students at the end of each session!
I believe this course helps you to create a self care routine and the benefits are on going. Not just on the mat.
It's also a fantastic opportunity to simply switch on your computer and receive the healing benefits of yoga weekly- and then anytime you want with the recordings.

The classes are kept small so they can be curated to your needs, and retain a private class feel.

Wāhine wellbeing is important for the individual woman, as well as her whānau and those around her.
When we are well we are able to give from our own Kete, to strengthen and support those around us, our families, our communities, and the causes we believe in.
This course comes to you from Aotearoa - The land of the long white cloud - New Zealand.
Gently infused with easy to follow Te Reo Māori, our approach is trauma - informed, and healing/ aroha focused.
This course is totally unique, and a world first - offering online trauma informed - te reo infused classes, in an easy to follow format that anyone can understand, regardless of your level of fluency or flexibility!
It is a beautiful course that nourishes your mind, body, spirit and manawa/ heart - and that is why it's our beating heart here at Aroha Nui Yoga.
It is perfect for those seeking greater wellbeing, better sleep, strength and flexibility, balance, and stress relief from the comfort of your own home.
It goes beyond perfecting poses and nourishes EVERY part of you.
Combining karakia/ incantations, physical postures, breath work, and each class ending with guided deep relaxation, and/ or meditation, it helps you achieve a greater sense of peace, balance and wellbeing.
