My name is Linsey and I have over 2 decades experience teaching yoga and running retreats, wānanga and workshops.
I have trained in Hatha, Integral, and Restorative Yoga. I also have training in Mirimiri - traditional māori bodywork, māori healing, rongoā and ayurveda.
My classes are trauma- informed, and aroha infused.
I am passionate about helping wāhine to shine and feel their best.

Alternatively, take the entire course in your own time. You receive email notification each week as a gentle reminder when your new class is available. The self-paced option is great for those who can't make it to the Tuesday night live sessions. Or just prefer to do it in their own time.
You never need to miss a class, and with four months of access you can re-do your favourites as many times as you wish.

There's no need to be flexible or fit. no need for fancy gear. Come as you are.
And you can join camera on or off - it's up to you.
